SLA on Lead entity not being displayed for users, even if they have necessary roles to read

Hello,

I have the next situation. I've created a SLA on Lead entity, activated it, set it as default, tested it multiple times and everything worked great for me. Now another user is trying to test it, but the SLA it's not being displayed for this user. I have to mention that the user has only one role, but the "Read" right has been granted for his role.

Any ideas why the SLA is not being displayed for this user?

Thank you!

    Hi Andrei,

Only the user can’t view the SLA?

If so, You can find security roles that other users who can see the SLA, then assign the security role to the user, which can detect if it is a permission problem.

    Regards,

    Leah Ju
