New compensation action error

Hello,

I was trying to do a new compensation action and I get the error below:

I should also mention that I did this for many employees with the mass update (Excel file) and it worked for all but 2 employees. I tried doing it manually and this is the error I get. The effective date is 1st July, but I don't know if it makes any difference. The new salaries are also within the compensation bands.

I would appreciate if someone knew the solution to this problem.

Hello Magda,

Have you checked if level exist on the Job for the Current Compensation?

Hi Tony,

Yes, everything is correct in the job & position views - exactly the same way all of the other ones are set up.

Any other ideas?

Have you managed to find/solve the issue?

If not - could you give some more details regarding employee and setup? this would help us better to understand the issue and see if we could help.
