Hello all!
I'm working in a Dynamics 365 system where all of the forms are missing the "related" tab I'm used to seeing on the forms. I checked that the Navigation Tab shows the related entities we want shown there, but the tab doesn't show up on any forms (I checked accounts, opportunities and contacts, all are missing the tab) I have full admin privileges and also cannot see the tab. When opening the form editor, the tab is nonexistent. Can it be deleted??

I tried creating a new form from scratch to see if there was some form logic or code hiding/blocking the tab, but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas on how to get the related tab back on my records? I have users wanting audit info per record and this is the best/most native way to do so.
