Dynamics CRM on-premise 2016,
Users would like to store a lot o files in the notes panel, which is annotation entity and the file size can be changed in:
setting > Administration > System Setting > Email Tab

My question is: how this will slow down the CRM and creating raports etc. ? does the amout of files stored has any impact on the performance and funcionality of CRM?

In few years the size of all files would be around 5-10GB.

I have the same question (0)
