P-job not updating the modified Retail transaction details once it transfers the retail trans from store db to AX db in AX 2012.

Hi AX Experts,

In my AX 2012 environment P-Job's are not updating retails transaction's(with latest updated field values) which are already transferred to AX database. I am modifying some field values in RETAILTRANSACTIONTABLE in store which are already transferred to AX. After this I am running P-Job once again but modified field values of RETAILTRANSACTIONTABLE are not transferred to AX.

Any thoughts on this highly appreciated.

Hi Ganesh,

AX does not pull any transaction that is sent earlier by POS DB. Even if you do any updates to the POS transaction that was sent earlier, scheduler job will not pull any such transactions. To do this follow the steps.

1. Stop async client service.

2. Run below query in store DB.

Delete from crt.Tablereplicationlog

3. Start async client.

4. Run p job.

Thanks for the response Sumit. Do we have any MS documentation/link stating "AX does not pull any transaction that is sent earlier by POS DB. Even if you do any updates to the POS transaction that was sent earlier, scheduler job will not pull any such transactions"?

It would be better if you share the MS link or any reference regarding this. So that I can share the same with my client.

Hi Ganesh,

This is as per my observations and there is no such links provided by MS. You can say this is a kind of workaround.

Hi all,

I am using Ax 2012 r2 version for which few transaction in not getting updated\synched for retailtransaction table but other transaction table(retailtransactionsalestrans, retailtransactionpaymenttrans etc) data is getting synched after running the p job. This problem is with the one store other store are working fine.

Can you please suggest me the solution which can help me out.
