Call center Return order complete button is not working with an error for payment method not valid

Hi,

I have created a call center return order and registered the return item line.

On selecting the complete button, i find an error "Payment method is not valid for this channel"

The call center refund methods set up is not allowing to set up payment method with function 'Normal' [Only customer is allowed]

There is no way i can specify the payment method in return order.

Please help!
