Query - ESS - Additional information - Performance - Send feedback - How does it work ?

Dear All,

i would like to know how do we send feedback using the ( ESS - Additional information - Performance - Send feedback).?

it says that the feedback is created? i would like to know the location of the feedback is stored?

My second query:  the email is not getting triggered. ( when a time-off request is raised  the system is working fine).

The error display is " Unable to send email as ' Mr.X@gmail.com' from the ' admin@gmail.com  ' account, please check the "Send as" permissions on the ' Mr.Y@gmail.com' account.

    "Send Feedback" workflow/functionality seems to use Exchange as "Email provider" (see "Email history") and in documentation I found the following reference:

    "The Exchange mail provider will use the current user's Exchange Online account to send emails. When used as the Batch email provider, the batch account will be used. No additional configuration is needed."

    I managed to configure it by addressing the following points:

    • Batch email provider must be correctly set. 
    • In User settings, set "Send notifications in email" to 'Yes' and you might need to setup the Email provider Id as well.
    • In addition it might be needed to provide also the Alternate Emails under User Settings, if "Workflow notification alternate email" feature was enabled.
    • Under Worker, the primary email contact must be defined

    Also, I would further request you to check your email setup by following the steps described on the link-

    From the first look at the error, I also feel that he email addresses aren't setup correctly. To my understanding you should have emails that have outlook configured

    Also try sending a test email after you have finished setup to validate your entire setup.
