When we call the create Journal Line endpoint () we are experiencing this error for one of our customers: 

Sorry, the current permissions prevented the action. (TableData Gen. Journal Line Insert: _Exclude_APIV2_

Is there a place where these permissions are configured?

    If you are trying with API, then you can check permission has been added in Azure active directory,
