Dynamics home page not working

When I log into trial account I'm stuck on the home page. There is a modal dialog saying Getting everything ready...

It stays for more then 10 mins. After that I receive another error message:

"It looks like something went wrong." with details: "{"error":{"code":"AppRefreshJobTimeout","message":"Consumer apps provision job '*some GUID*' has timed out."}}"

and I'm not able to do anything with the account.

I tried with few trial accounts (new and old) and encountered the same behavior.

What can I do in this situation?

    Hello Hristo,

    This is a know issue, and we have already fixed it for major customers.

    Please, if you keep facing this issue, open a support case on admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support to let us check that.

    How exactly should I open a support case? I can't find anything like "Open new case" or whatever?

    Hi,

    To submit Support request with microsoft, login to https://portal.office.com/ and click on Admin tab on home page.

    Select support  from left navigation and submit New Request.
