Is it possible to change the default shortcut keys in NAV?
We have users who would like to emulate the old shortcuts where F7 would Post and F9 would bring up Statistics (they have been switched).

Yes it is possible, but carefully,

you can change by Goto Action and then go to Shortcut key-> now put your key

    Open development environment

    Design your page

Then click on View menu and select Page actions...

Now select action that you want to change short cut key.

After selecting goto properties or press shift+F4.

Now put the value in shortcut keys.

Design the Page in Development environment, go to View - Page Actions, select needed action and open its properties. There you will find ShortCutKey property.

It is possible to change the shortcut keys in Navision 2015 but you need to do it very cautiously or there will mismatch in shortcut keys as Navision 2009 and Navision 2015 shortcut keys are different.

If you don't have the $28,000 license (as the others assume) to tweak your own software, I'd suggest trying some free hotkey tools available on the net. I've had much success with AutoHotkey which would allow you to swap F7 and F9 just for Nav very easily.
