    Hello Jesa,

I have not seen something similar.

If you selected August 2018 as the payment date then the error does not seem to make sense.

Can you contact your partner who implemened the addon to get this clarified?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwing,

The info log was very long. This is the bottom of the log
    error-message-_2D00_-buttom-of-info-log.JPG

OCT and NOV 2017 periods are On Hold. The invoices I need to pay are OCT 11 2017 and OCT 23 2017 which are from the On Hold period. And there are discounts on these invoices, but since payment date is past discount date which are OCT11 2017, OCT21 2017, OCT 23 2017 and NOV 2 2017, no discount is to be taken by the customer. My payment date is AUG 21 2018, which is the posting date, correct?

Since the transactions are invoices it should let me pay old invoices on the current period without opening the past period, correct?

    Thanks,
    Jesa

    Hello Jesa,

I cannot see that this is an error message or only a warning.

Irrespective of that you mentioned that your posting date is August 2018.

However, in the message I can see days in October.

    Are those periods open?

If they are not, can you open them in TEST?

Why are those transactions posted in October?

    Are these possibly accruals?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
