There are no manuals specific for NAV 2017, the latest manuals released is for NAV 2013 and most of the functionality is not changed much between 13 and 17. If you have partner source login then you can get access to them.

Adding to what Suresh replied... Microsoft discontinued manuals with NAV 2013/2015. I have a full set for NAV 2009 and some 2013/2015 areas. Can you tell me the granules you need?

Yes, the MS Courses will tach you but always make sure you know the version they are presenting. Most recent MS Courses are in Business Central.
