IN D365 , Can we have prepayment for Sales order , like PO prepayment. and i find that prepayment on the Sales order is gray ?

As far as I know there is no capability to have prepayments on sales order but joust in PO.
Prepayment tab disabled on sales orders from versions 10.0.14
Check KB : 523850
You can use projects linked to Sales Order to have prepayment under projects
Yes, in Version before ,there are have this functions (Prepayment to SO), but latest version ,MS disabled this funcitons. I dont know why disabled this better functions
