Who knows Whom settings not showing

Hi

We're on 2020 wave 2 and I want to enable the Who knows Whom feature. However, if I go in to the Sales Insight Settings section in Dynamics, the Who Knows Whom settings aren't there.

Any ideas why this is? Does it need to be enabled somewhere else? I've enabled the connection graph in M365 admin settings.

Olly

    Hi Olly,

Currently WKW is not available on EMEA. We plan to enable by Oct.

    Thanks,

    Hi ,

As already mentioned, Who knows whom currently is only available in NA.

    Please refer to:docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-who-knows-whom

I have the exact same issue.

I have installed premium sales insight settings as per the instruction to get "Who Knows Whom" feature available. After the installation, only Who Knows Whom is does not appear in the settings.

As what others have suggested, I suspect that maybe my environment is not on the North American Region, as Who Knows Whom is only available for that region, but as I checked in the admin power platform, the environment's region is in the US

I can't seem to find any MSDN documents on why this is happening. Is it because I'm using a Trial type environment?

Can you provide the org id or org url

    Thanks,
