In the week of import, there are many appointments, none of which with duration 0. The mailbox is set-up identically to another users, which it works for, so I'm not sure what is going wrong.
Any help would be appreciated, I've attached the error log file.

Thank you for your query.
There must be an Appointment record which is synced into Dynamics 365 Organization via Exchange Calendar with Duration set to 0
Via Advanced Find, look for Appointments with below filter criteria
Once you find the affected Appointment record, the organizer of the Appointment needs to update the duration in Exchange Calendar and perform the re-sync for the Appointment to be updated in CRM.
Once updated, the import of Exchange Appointment in Time Entry Calendar Control grid will be successful.
Hi, thanks for the response! Unfortunately, running this gives no results so I guess it can't be that. Unless the appointments aren't synced to dynamics yet. It looks like in our system they aren't automatically pulled across.
Please do update the thread once you find out the how the appointments are being synced in your instance and if my comment above would apply .
