Engagement insights enables organizations to understand interactively, how customers are using their services and products both individually and holistically – through websites, mobile apps and connected products. Engagement insights combines behavioral analytics with transactional, demographic, survey, and other data types from audience insights to generate rich insights that help drive next best actions and personalized experiences.
We announced public preview of engagement insights on October 30th, 2020. If you have not signed up for the preview yet, we encourage you to try it for free.
