I am trying to enter an invoice but need to code it to different GL codes, does anyone know how this can be done without having to enter the invoice multiple times?

 Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Rachel -   PTG

First line of AP Invoice Journal Account type = Vendor (Select vendor account invoice is from).  Enter in total amount of Invoice.

Second line of Journal Account type = Ledger, (select the GL account), and enter in the amount to the first GL account

Third line of Journal Account type = Ledger, (select the GL account), and enter in the amount to the second GL, etc, etc.

    Good luck!
