How can i strart working with Service Management Module in AX 2012 R3. and how can understand setup it ?

Hi,

Before investing much time and effort into this module, I would recommend the following article, which announces the purchase of a new EAM module.

It will probably replace the 'old' service management module.

This does not affect AX2012 but I assume that you will sooner or later upgrade to D365FO and that might be an important information in this respect.
