Hi,

What is purpose of Allocation Key in Budget Module - Setup - Parameters? Is it mandatory?

    Hi Anand,

    The allocation key in the parameters is not mandatory. It's a default value used to calculate amounts based on a distribution you will define in the allocation key. For example you can define seasonality or interruption in periods (Jan = 10%, Feb = 20%, March = 10%, April = 40%...).

    This parameter is used when cash flow forecasts is calculated and will determine the reduction of the budget.
