    Hi Adel,

In menu Organization administration > Setup you can define email templates. Did you do this already?

    Hi Adel,

First of all you have to setup the Email templates under the Organization Administration->Setup->Email Templates.Create the necessary templates which you want (includes sender email, name, and mail message, language etc). Then go and check workflow notification drop down which will display the already created email templates.Hope this may help you.

    Thanks

    Seenu.

    Dear Adel Hussein,

1st of all you need to tell me which kind of email template you want to create. I mean in which workflow you will use the template.

    Additionally for your information

    1. If the email template that you are creating will be used with a feature or application that is used across the whole organization, select the Show system e-mails check box.

For example, if you are creating an email template to use with a purchase requisition workflow, select this check box. This is because a purchase requisition workflow is used across an entire organization.

    2. If the email template that you are creating will be used with a feature or application that is used with a specific company, do not select the Show system e-mails check box.

For example, if you are creating an email template to use with a purchase order workflow, do not select this check box. This is because a purchase order workflow is used with a specific company.

    Regards,

    Prashant Kumar
