Email form Showing Activities in the Email body After sending the email

Hi All,

Whenever I am sending Email activity in Customer Service Hub on a case, the email body is populated with a new email form.

Please see the below screenshot for reference.

    Hi Rushiraj,

    You can check if there are workflows, power automate, wen resource or plug-ins etc that automatically fill the content of the email when you send it.
