I created a request form for a client of mine. In this request form I added a timeline that shows notes. Now I'm trying to implement a way to convert certain requests to a case automatically. If I do this will the corresponding notes (in the request form) be shown on the case as well? If this doesn't happen automatically, what is the easiest way to do this?

Hi Iliass,
There is one 'Regarding' field in the Note entity:
If you want a note to appear on the timeline of a record, you need to update this field with this record value
However, a note can only be associated with one record through 'Regarding' field and once it is updated, it disappears from the timeline of the original record.
Perhaps you could try creating a new note for the case and copying the values of the fields of the original note to populate it.
