Actual duration on appointment is being updated

Hello,

Actual duration on appointment/activity entity is being updated but cannot figure out which one is updating the field. Checked all the dependencies.

Any help/info is highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    I have some doubts about the issue.

    Have the field been added into the form of the entity?

    Can the audit history be found in the following tab?

    And have these records been synced to Outlook?
