Problem: Some of our employees have received a new email address and cannot log in to Dynamics 365 Project Timesheet as the app sticks to the old email address.
Workaround as of now:
User logs in with the new e-mail address without problems in a browser on a PC.
On Android phones, we have solved the problem of emptying the buffer and data from the app itself, via settings.
On iPhone phones we do not find the same possibility as with Android. We have tried deleting the app from the mobile, both via the Home screen and via Settings.
It seems that saved app data is still being retrieved by re-downloading the app.
Does anyone have a solution to this with the iPhone?
