Hi All,
I have already configure business process in web application. but i want to used that process in field service mobile app.
suggest me how to configure that process in mobile application.
This business process already configure in web application.
You will need to enable the Business Process flow for the Field Service Mobile Model Driven App.
Double check if the users using the mobile app have permissions to read the BPF.
I think Field Service Mobile defaults to the booking entity. You will need to get the user to open up the Work Order record in order to see it
