I got this message could you anyone help me?

You cannot print or preview a report when Microsoft Report Viewer is not installed, Microsoft Report Viewer can be installed from the Prerequisite Component folder on the Microsoft Dynamic NAV installation. media. contact your system administrator.

    Hi,

    Try to run  "Prerequisite Components" > "Microsoft Report Viewer 2010 or 2012 or 2014" from Installation setup disk.

    Ideally, this should have been installed, when you install the NAV application.

    Also, ensure you have the right printer attached in your system.

    Also check what version of the Report Viewer you are using. Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Setup installs Microsoft Report Viewer 2010 SP1 if it is not already present on the target computer.
