Hi,
Implementing Customer Service, I have a problem when I try to create a record correction rule on my new support queue.
When I try to enable "Automatically reply to email" or "Allow emails from unknown senders" or anything else under the advanced block, Dynamics put back all these options to disable while saving my change.
Do I have to set anything settings for that?
Thank you
Hi Damyrm,
Are you using D365 CE Online or OnPremise?
If Online:
Are you creating the rule on the Unified Interface or editing a rule in the Unified Interface, which has been originally created on the Legacy UI?
Legacy UI created rules cannot be modified in the Unified Interface. If you attempt this, you should see a warning message on the form:
"This is a legacy rule. To edit this rule, please visit legacy web client."
Hi Ioannis,
I am using Dynamics Online and I am doing a new rule in the Unified Interface.
Here is a scenario:
If I create a new rule with just adding a name, save and set ‘allow emails from unknown senders’ to Yes and save.
Dynamics does not save my changes as I can see I 'unsaved changes' at the bottom of my window.
If I wait or click on the blue floppy disk, the parameter ‘allow emails from unknown senders’ is set back to No.
However, The field ‘Manage unknown senders by’ still on the screen.
Ok problem to set up the rules only in the legacy web classic interface but no in the new UCI
