Customising ribbon on Queue entity

Hi,

I would like to add a button on home form of Queue entity. Unfortunately Ribbon Workbench does not work with this particular entity, stating that my solution does not contain any entities.

I've tried couple of tools from codeplex regarding ribbon customisation and coding the xml file myself manually, unfortunately no luck so far.

I've ran out of ideas and possible solutions, I'd appreciate any working workaround!

CRM 2015 on prem.

    Hi LMajcher,

    may be easiest way to copy queue entity and create as new entity than you can work with ribbonworkbench. As idea;

    us.hitachi-solutions.com/.../quickly-recreating-entities-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm

    Thanks a lot for the answer. I've concidered this workaround although I was hoping to find some less time consuming solution since my queue entity is already heavily modified.

    However, this is a valid answer. Cheers!
