MRP plans order on closed hours

Ok, more problems with MRP...

As I hope you can see, even though it's in Swedish, we get planned production orders where work hours is set to 0% efficiency. The calendar is not changed after MRP is run. From 7.00 to 16.00 the efficiency is set to 0, but we still get an order starting at 5.12 and ending at 9.00.

When I look in capacity reservation form I can see that the resource is overbooked with 9,35 hours. Any ideas what the problem could be?

    Well, the obvious first question is are you scheduling Finite capacity? Have you got that switched on on the master plan and the resource? The second question is why you have those working times with zero efficiency - why not just delete those rows?

    Yes we use finite capacity. It's hard to reopen if you have deleted the rows. We move people around where tha capacity is needed sometimes we close and then re-open again. That's why. It wasn't a problem in 2009.

    Have you solved this issue meanwhile? I'm experiencing the same phenomenon.

    I get planned production orders on days or working hours which have parameters control "closed"(no working hours) and  "closed for pick up"...
