Prompt for user name and password for Home - Role center on Every Login

Hi,

I am using AX 2012 R3 CU11.

I have recently installed EP and it is up and running along with the Role Center Page being configured over AX Client as well as over EP.

I have assigned the user "AAA" in CFO role in the User Profile page in AX. Now whenever the user "AAA" opens up the AX client, he is being asked for the user name and password. And this credentials he has to provide every time he is trying to access the role center page.

My query is: Is is possible to get RID of this entering of credentials for every time the user is trying to access the Role Center Page.

Can't the credentials be saved so that the user is not asked for the credentials later once he will save it.

Would appreciate for some insight if this can be achieved.

    irrespective of AX, any web application can be configured in IE setting for username and password.

    would you like to have a look at one of the old thread.

    Hi Mohammad,

    Have a look on this link msdn.microsoft.com/.../cc750194.aspx this may help you to resolve the issue.

    You can also try these steps;

    IE explorer  > internet options> security >intranet (or your settings) , select custom level scroll to the bottom > user  authentication  and select autologin depending upon your setup

    Hi Sohaib,

    I did try this thread yesterday, but I was being asked for the password 5 times not just once after I followed this thread.

    But this morning, after you suggested, I again did the same thing and everything worked fine.

    Now it is not asking the credentials for the logged-in user when I am trying to access the Role Center Page on AX client.
