I am having an issue setting up my salesperson role with using the dynamics 365 sales app. When launching it on the phone there is no option to select an app to use. I assume it is some type of security permission issue as my system administrators have no issue using this app. I tried googling and updating some roles to no avail. What kind of security permissions do I need to enable or is it something else? Thank you.
Hi, Do you want the apps you use on your phone to be out-of-the-box apps or are they customized by you? Our team has tried to reproduce what you did, but without the error you describe, here are some brief steps. Step1, add the test account to the environment and assign the "Salesperson" role. Step2, login to the test account to view the results If your application is a customized or other out-of-the-box application you can check if the application has been assigned "Salesperson" access.
