Hi All

While trying to 'Generate sample file' for an entity from Data import/export framework module, I am getting following error.

I have checked the machine and Excel is already installed. Will appreciate if anyone of you could help me resolving this issue.

Thanks

Haroon

It should support because I am on CU13 (Build 6.3.6000.151).

Not all versions of AX 2012 R3 support Office 2016. It requires Cumulative Update 11.

Are you currently logged in AXR3TESTVM? Aren't you connecting through Citrix or something?

Not sure if it was working earlier. In fact, I am trying this for the first time.

Regarding version, I am using Office 2016 which I think is supported by AX 2012 R3.
