One user give me this error:
The Program could not create a connection to the server. Do you want to try again?
How to fix?

Check the service whether it is running .If yes then check the permission given to the service account.
It working in other computers, also able to access the server.
check clientusersettings in machiine where it is not working.
compare with other machines clientusersettings file.

The machine might not be able to connect due to many reasons - it has a firewall or antivirus software preventing from the connection. First, try to ping the server to ensure the network availability.
Open the command prompt and then check if the computer can ping to the server using the server name (not with the IP). If the ping is not working check the firewall settings and domain. Computer might not be added to domain properly also can cause issues.
