I have been trying to log into MS Customer Source Access for days. Everytime it gives a Access Denied reply.
I keep going back to the vendor and finally we could go in but only for a few hours. After that we could not go in again.
The license that they installed in our company still shows up with the vendor company name.
I keep trying to find ways to verify our license and have been sent going around and around in circles in the MS Support pages, Virtual Chat and even Live Chat gave a phone number that does not work and the person at MS that finally picked up just said this is an emergency number and hung up the phone.
How and who in Microsoft and please help me???
To properly verify the license I fully paid for already and also ask some other questions when I feel that my vendor cannot be trusted.
