Hello all
When customers are enter data into web portals with their details
every detail is coming into crm except date of birth..
we write js for map and debug the code.. everything fine
idk how to approach to solve this issue...
Could anyone please suggest on this

Hi,
Most of the time, the issue with javascript date is the format, make sure you are setting correct format, you can create a dummy text field and then transfer date in both the field and see if you are getting date in text field or not.
