Sales Order: Disappearing FastTabs

A user reported to me twice in last month that she had a strange experience when creating a New Sales Order. The page opened

without displaying the General tab; see attachment. I have not encountered this before. Anyone have any ideas why this might happen?

    Hi

    One of our users had this strange error. We could not find any reason for it. We ended up uninstalling Google Chrome and installing back (it was fine in Edge) and then also clearing all his personalization. Then everything was fine.

    Hi, if only this user has the problem, I think the first thing you should try is Clear Personalization.

    If all users using this role have this problem, you can check the Customize Page of Profiles (Roles).
