I'm trying to figure out how we can manage pricing more easily in AX 2012. Currently we have to set/import everything manually. Our MSRP is in CAD, and then we convert it to EUR manually on a spreadsheet and so on for all other currencies etc. What I would like to do is first setup regular imports of all currencies we use from either XE.com or Bloomberg which I know how to do. I would like then only import the USD MSRP price to AX and then get all other currency prices filled-in automatically by using the imported exchange rates. What would be the best way to get this done?

I have the same question (0)Hi Lyes,
It is possible to have automatic price conversions based on a given exchange rate type.
You can find parameters on the Accounts Receivable parameters form (tab Prices). E.g. you can specify the exchange rate type to use for price conversions. You can also apply rounding. The setup is called "Smart rounding". Documentation is available here: technet.microsoft.com/.../hh242522.aspx
