Hi all, i wonder if anyone had encounter the same case. Normally in sales order return status, if the return order lines had been invoiced fully then the return status in sales header will be changed to closed, but recently I encounter that the Return Status doesn't change at all and still on status "Created" while all the lines in the return order has been invoiced fully. I've checked that there's no modification in the code and all using std AX. I wondering if there's any problem with the return sales order status?

thanks in advance.

    Hi Ahau.

As per me, It must be CLOSED if you have invoiced return order lines.

    Please check following possibilities:

    1. Please cross check all  lines once again, regarding INVOICING status. No line  with open or expected Status.

    2. Hope you are posting Invoices from Common sales Order Form, only from there it is allowed to POST invoices for return orders.

I cant think of anything apart from this.

More information would be required to analyse your issue.
