How to delete purchase order using job

Hi all,

Please help me how to delete purchase order using job. but I don't have lines in the particular purchase order and its approval status is "Approved" status "open order". Is it is possible, assist me?

Hi Mohanapriyan,

You should be able to do it through UI/form as well. What issue you are running into while deleting from UI? Can you share message/screenshot please. I was able to delete approved order (with lines) without any issues. If you are having issues that lines are required, you can just add any item and then try to delete the order instead.

if it has got no lines, the deletion should be possible. however, as you have mentioned, it has status approved, so validation on deletion might stop you doing that. writing code should be easy for such task.

but are you thinking to write code for a single PO only..? Or you have mass amount of purchase orders that you want to treat by code?
