how to install hotfix KB number: 3026276

Recently i have encounter an error on posting purchase invoices.

A solution is recommended to install hotfix KB number: 3026276.

I have downloaded the zip file from the link below.

Can you please suggest step by step process on how can i install the hotfix into my machine.

Hi Ahsan,

First of all, you need to install this on a Dev/Test environment. Make sure that it is not your Prod environment.

Once you download the package, unzip it. You should find an application named "OneClickAxUpdate". You can run this file and follow through the steps.

Once it installs successfully, you can do a full compile, synchronize and CIL. Make sure there are no errors in the compilation before you proceed with Synchronization and CIL.

The reason behind this error is hotfix which you are installing, is already installed and hence your model database is updated with the installed version. You try with higher version of hotfix or install from APP server. or user not have a permission to access database.

Hi Zeeshan,

Do you have admin access to this database? It should also be picked up automatically if you are logging in from the AOS server.

I am accessing with remote login with the user that have access to the database.

Can you please suggest what i am doing wrong.

Are you running this update from the AOS server? Try running it as an admin as well. Right click the Application file and select "Run as administrator".
