Customer Voice Survey not loading preview

Hi All

Two of my colleagues are not able to see the responses in the preview pane.  See below screenshot.  They both have the System Administrator role.  I created this survey and I don't have a problem.  We have tried Chrome, IE and Edge.  Is this a licensing issue?  Any ideas?

    rocklobster -- the view you are showing is the previous view which requires user to have access to Customer Voice project to see the survey. We rolled out a new grid on the view (just above it) which show all the survey responses to D365 users without requiring the users to be granted access first to the Customer Voice project. 

    To facilitate the transition to the new view, we show both the new and previous version with the older grid. We will remove the previous grid as part of the February 2021 update and only show the improved view with the new grid moving forward.

    Yes - you can add Tim through sharing panel in Customer Voice. However, as mentioned, Tim can get the same response information on the grid above it (highlighted in green). Note that we will remove the section highlighted in red in February.

    One thing I would say is with the old grid it allows us to select all the questions (Ctrl+A), right click, print and save to PDF.  Do you know of any way to do this with the new grid or another method?
