
We updated the computer running process manager to Windows 10 and Office 2019. The application server is running, but when processing a quick send request, we get this error message:

Dear Adrian,
There is a required component which is the VSTO located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\SL\Applications\OutlookAddin directory...the client (outlook) must be running and the user running outlook (profile) must be logged into the machine.
You may need to reboot the application server after installation of the VSTO
