Unable to view Payment Journals assigned to me form in Account Receivables module

Hi,

I have created 2 new roles for an external user to approve the workflow - 1. Customer Payment Journal Approver and 2. Vendor Payment Journal Approver roles. Requirement is Same user may be assigned or may not need to be assigned both the new roles. and the approver must ONLY be able to view and validate the lines on the customer / vendor payment journal and use the workflow dropdown. All other action fields on these forms shall be deactivated, they shall not be able to view any other form on AP, AR modules and shall not be able to view any other module.

I have setup both the new roles with the Approve workflow duties and privileges and have assigned it to the test user. Also, I have assigned the External Workflow role and System external user role to the test user. However, when I login to the test user I am unable to view Payment Journals assigned to me form in Account Receivables module but I am able to view the Payment Journals assigned to me form in Accounts Payable module.

Please advise what I shall do to be able to view and perform Workflow task on customer payments form considering the above requirements.
