User was in Financial - doing an account summary inquiry. Clicked on the print icon and the process is hung - he cannot remove it in the process monitor. Have removed his session from the activity table but 'processes are currently being run that cannot be deleted' is still on his screen. He's completely shut down his pc and rebooted but the message appears. What's the trick for getting rid of this so he can log back into GP?
Thanks for confirming it was a Terminal Server / Citrix issue.. Usually once you remove a user from the ACTIVITY table in GP and the application was killed, nothing should prevent the user to go back into GP.
finding out that the session is being hung in citrix - not a GP issue
