Can't create work for all stock on an item

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

I have now and then problems with crateing work for last pallet for an item.

Here Im ordering for transfer 6 PL of rawmaterial ( all I have on stock)

On-hand 6 PL

Now I release it to warehouse and I get this error message that not all pallets were fully allocated

When I look at works on load I see only 5 PL that are open work. It skips always last pallet.

I know that I will get it working if I change location but that is not a solution because we have same errors in our master warehouse on summit picking locations.

Do anybody have anykind of ideas how to get rid of this error/bug

Thanks,

sami

    Hi,

I tested now second time to transfer 3 pallets of rawmaterial. I managed to allocated all 3 pallets but succeeded to create work for 2 pallets

    Here is Wave history log.

We don't use a load templete when transfering goods from rawmaterial warehouse to production.

Where can I verify location directives?

I don't use stocking limits for locations in rawmaterial warehouse so it's not an issue

    Thanks,

    sami

    Hi Sami,

Verify your Location Directives again and Unit of Measure Restrictions .  What do you see in your work creation history?
