Customer journey - Wait till specific year

Hi All,
I need your help in designing the journey.

Journey starts with finding contacts whose age is 25 years old and send them an email.
After that wait till contact turns 30 and send them another email.
How could I wait till 30 years after sending him first email at 25 years of age?
Already created a segment which will find contacts who turns 25 on that day.
Kindly provide me a path for this wait step

    Hi,
     
    In my testing, I created an age field to record the age of a contact.
     
    Create a custom trigger that fires when this age field changes.
     
    However, the maximum waiting time for a journey is 1 year.

     
    Therefore, you can only build journeys using custom triggers. Send an email to a contact when their age changes and is 30.
