I have created a process where a field from the entity «Case Resolution» is in it. Now the process works in the web version. My problem is when I want to use the process in the interactive service hub, the field from the entity «Case Resolution» is not in the process. I know that in the entity «Case Resolution» the options are not active for the interactive service hub and processes. I did not created the field, this was given from the system. Is there a workaround to handle this problem?
