Error creating work orders

When clicking on  + new, the work order entity throws the error: Wep Api error in Dynamics 365.

    Need more details.

    -Do you have custom scripts on the Work Order?

    -Do you see this error on Web or in Mobile App?

    -If you're using the offline mode, do you use the right Offline Profile and make sure all required entities are enabled for offline?
