Generate Early bound Class using CrmSvcUtil.Exe

Hello experts ,

I got a legacy project (plugins).

i believe that the entities class was created via CrmSvcUtil.Exe for early bound.

i need to add two fields to a customized entity ,then make a change to a related plugin.

my question is should i run the crmsvcutil.exe after my fields are created ?

or is there any other option i can use?

Thank you in advance

Yes you have to run crmsvcutil.exe to generate latest early bind classes.

If you use late bound then no need to run crmsvcutil.exe but for this you have to update your plugin code.

If you have same customizations on prod and test then there is no problem.
