Receiving Invalid Opportunity notice after deleting opportunities

I am taking over management of our company's Dynamics platform and learning the system and setup. The problem I'm having is that when an opportunity is deleted, the systems starts sending an email stating the opportunity is invalid. If I click on the link to the opportunity from the email I get the below error. How do I fix this, please?

    Hi,

Based on the information you have provided, we surmise that there may be something like /workflow/ or /Cloud flow/ in your system that sets up an email to be sent to inform that this Opportunity has been deleted when the record in /Opportunity/ is deleted.

Additionally, based on our searches, these types of errors are usually due to the system trying to access non-existent resources, entities, etc. In your description the system seems to be trying to access an Opportunity record that has been deleted, hence the error message "Entity 'opportunity' With Id = 0efe253b-512a-ee11-bdf4-00224820e810 Does Not Exist"

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang

I've discovered that the error is triggered in a connected application. Knowing that, we can fix. Thank you for your reply.
